​Kyra is a counselor and social innovator with broad, systemic interests.
She holds two Master’s degrees, in Somatic Psychology & Education (CIIS) and in Sustainable Enterprise (GreenMBA, Dominical University), as well as numerous certifications in yoga, massage, authentic movement, dance and contact improvisation, biointensive gardening and permaculture, elemental healing, and somatic counseling specialties.
She is the founder/director of GaiaWise (2009), an umbrella for various initiatives related to personal and professional development, and serves on the boards of Maitri House Northwest (maitrihousenorthwest.org) and Sustainable Means (www.sustainablemeans.com). Kyra lives in Sebastopol, California with her two teen daughters and their cat, Pirate Tokyo.
